App Usage Terms
THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENTS GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION AND ANY RELATED CONTENT AVAILABLE ON YOUR DEVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE APPLICATION.
By using the Clean Storage + App (the "Application"), you agree to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions governing your relationship with Stratadev Studio Limited regarding the use of the Application. If you do not accept any part of these terms, do not use the Application.
The terms "We," "Us," or "Our" refer to Stratadev Studio Limited, the owner of the Application. The term "You" refers to the User of the Application.
Your use of the Application is subject to the following conditions:
Neither we nor any third parties guarantee the accuracy, performance, completeness, or suitability of the content in the Application for any purpose. You acknowledge that the content may contain errors, and we disclaim liability for such errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of the Application is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that any content or information available in the Application meets your requirements.
The Application contains materials owned or licensed by us, including but not limited to designs, layouts, visual elements, audio, video, and graphics. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Us in writing.
Any third-party trademarks appearing in the Application are acknowledged as the property of their respective owners.
Unauthorized use of the Application may result in legal claims for damages.
LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
The Application is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the Application is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and End User License Agreement ("EULA"). Company grants you a license to use the Application under the terms outlined below.
a. Scope of License: We grant you a non-transferable license to use the Application on your devices according to the Usage Rules. You may not distribute, sublicense, or make the Application available to multiple users simultaneously. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Application, except as expressly permitted by law.
b. Consent to Use of Data: You agree that we may collect technical information about your device and software to improve the Application, provide updates, or deliver services. Any collected data will not personally identify you.
c. Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this agreement end immediately if you fail to comply with its terms.
d. External Services: The Application may provide access to services and websites operated by us or third parties (collectively "External Services"). You use External Services at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any third-party content, and is not responsible for any reliance on such content. Information provided through the Application or External Services, including but not limited to financial, medical, or location data, is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
You agree not to use External Services in any way that violates this EULA or infringes our rights or the right of any third party. You will not use External Services to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others. External Services may not be available in all languages or locations, and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws when using them. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, remove, or restrict access to External Services at any time without notice or liability.
e. No Warranty: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Any advice or information provided by us do not constitute a warranty. If the APPLICATION or services are defective, you assume full responsibility for any necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
f. Export Restrictions: You agree not to export or use the Application in violation of local laws or regulations.
g. Documentation and Commercial Use: The Application and its documentation are commercial items. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Stratadev Studio Limited Company.
h. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law rules.
