The Media Assistant Pro mobile application ("App") is provided by, and you are contracting with:

Our goal is to provide you with a reliable and user-friendly experience, while protecting both your rights and ours. These Terms are designed to ensure that everyone can use the App in a safe, fair, and transparent way.

Your relationship with STRATADEV

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and STRATADEV STUDIO LIMITED, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered office at Priamou, 45 RHODES GARDENS, Flat/Office 6, Kato Pafos, 8049, Paphos, Cyprus ("we," "our," or "us"), regarding your access to and use of Media Assistant Pro mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

1. Age requirements

To use the App, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is greater. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you do not meet them, you must immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from your device.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if we have reason to believe these requirements are not met.

2. User Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you must:

Use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless expressly authorized by us in writing.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App, including those related to data protection and intellectual property.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if these requirements are not met.

3. Description of Service

The App is a device cleaning and optimization tool designed to enhance the performance and efficiency of your mobile device. The core functionalities may include, without limitation:

• Clearing cached files and temporary data;
• Identifying and removing unused or duplicate files;
• Providing storage usage reports and recommendations;
• Offering tips and best practices for device maintenance.

During the initial release phase, all features are offered free of charge. We may, in the future, introduce additional features, premium services, or subscription plans, which will be subject to separate terms and conditions and/or pricing, notified to you in advance.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the App is available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You further agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise modify or interfere with the App's underlying code or architecture;
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its performance or interfere with any other user's access;
• Upload, distribute, or transmit any harmful content, including but not limited to malware, viruses, spyware, or spam;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any servers, networks, or systems connected to the App;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security features or technical restrictions implemented within the App.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the App and may also expose you to legal liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App --- including but not limited to the underlying software, source code, object code, scripts, databases, designs, text, images, graphics, user interface elements, logos, trade names, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property, whether registered or unregistered --- are and shall remain the exclusive property of STRATADEV STUDIO LIMITED or our licensors.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any rights in or to the App other than the limited license described herein. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the App;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights in the App to any third party;
• Use the App for any purposes other than those expressly permitted in these Terms.
• We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted, be secure, or be available at any particular time or location;
• Any defects or errors will be corrected;
• The App will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components;
• The results of using the App will meet your expectations or requirements.

You use the App at your own risk, and you acknowledge that the App may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of mobile applications and the internet.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall STRATADEV STUDIO LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App, on our website, or by other reasonable means. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the App following the posting or communication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Cyprus, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
